Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (accredited institution)
  • Minimum 6 years of real-time embedded software development experience
  • Proficient in C++ (version 11 or newer) for embedded systems
  • On-site availability in Orlando, FL; 4/10A first-shift schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Multi-threading, multi-core, and multi-processing development expertise
  • Embedded software and hardware integration and test experience
  • Experience collaborating on multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with GoogleTest or similar unit test tools

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement real-time embedded software solutions for advanced defense systems
  • Conduct requirements analysis, code development, integration, and formal qualification testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver robust and reliable software
  • Test and troubleshoot embedded software, ensuring high quality and system performance
  • Document software designs and technical processes for long-term maintainability
