Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of concentrated computer technology or computer services education
  • Wiz at computers
  • Enjoy the challenge of solving problems
  • Excel at customer service

  • Experience in Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience with Windows operating systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software
  • Experience with helpdesk management systems
  • Experience with Autodesk products
