About The Position

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Information Technology Business Partner to join the Boeing Global Support Engineering, Product Support and Services (BGS) Maintenance Engineering team in Hazelwood, MO. As a Mid-Level Information Technology Business Partner, you will provide oversight of the Information Technology portfolio aligned to Technical Data and Publications. You will guide and manage projects for workflow and provisioning to support the fighter and weapon teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years experience with Information Technology (IT) products and services
  • 1+ years of experience in engineering and/or engineering project management
  • 1+ years of experience have planning and managing a financial budget
  • 1+ years of experience presenting and communicating data in Senior Leadership briefings
  • Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience with product support components
  • Experience with analytics and Gen AI product capabilities
  • Experience implementing a range of IT products in support of a variety of functions: engineering, manufacturing, quality, and/or supply chain

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a liaison between the business or function and IT and related organizations to understand priorities and develop a strategy to ensure business objectives are met
  • Educates on IT service offerings.
  • Collaborates directly with business or function to understand problems or initiatives, and represents the business or function within IT to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality
  • Develops and executes communication plans, including status to leadership and to business or function stakeholders
  • Identifies risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments
  • Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function
  • Accounts for the dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of their applicable business unit(s) or function(s)
