About The Position

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counites is seeking an Information Technology Assistant to provide technical support across our organization. In this role, you'll help keep our technology systems running smoothly by supporting staff, troubleshooting equipment and software, maintaining user accounts, and assisting with network and cybersecurity needs. Requirements

Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or two years of information systems experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and current third-party software.
Understanding of basic client/server concepts.
Experience installing and maintaining hardware, software, and peripherals.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds and bending, kneeling, and crawling to access equipment.
A valid Pennsylvania driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair computers, laptops, printers, software, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
Provide onsite and remote technical support.
Monitor and respond to help desk requests.
Configure, deploy, update, and maintain user systems and applications.
Manage user, email, and remote access accounts.
Perform routine network and system checks.
Coordinate with vendors.
Maintain IT equipment inventory.
Troubleshoot biometric time clocks and related systems.
Provide technical guidance to staff while following all cybersecurity, privacy, confidentiality, and security requirements.
