About The Position

WisEngineering is currently evaluating candidates for an anticipated contract award supporting the United States Army Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE). While these positions are not immediate, we are proactively building a pipeline of qualified professionals who are interested in both current and future career opportunities at Fort Sill. Incumbents encouraged to apply. Please note that U.S. Citizenship is required for all roles, and these positions require 100% on-site support. Active Secret Clearance Required. Location: Fort Still (multiple positions) Role Summary: Provides comprehensive client administration for Microsoft desktop and laptop systems. Responsible for "touch labor" support, configuration management, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Security: Active SECRET clearance is mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or Associate’s with 3 years of related experience).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of client support in a Microsoft Windows-based environment (Windows 11/M365).
• Compliance: IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE) and Computing Environment (CE) training.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Microsoft Intune accounts and troubleshoot system baseline applications.
• Perform network registration of client equipment and coordinate image changes with the NEC.
• Provide 2-hour priority support for classrooms and Senior Leadership (O-6/GS-15 and above).
• Execute commercial hardware repairs and maintain technical continuity documentation.
