Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Windows
- General Audio/Video knowledge
- Prior experience with basic IP routing
- Capable of working independently to find answers to various user issues
- Must be willing to work scheduled hours and a rotating call schedule
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- MacOS a plus
- Wireless networking knowledge is preferred
- Certifications a plus
- Restaurant Point of Sale experience a plus
- Fortinet and Ubiquiti experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and correct PC hardware and software issues
- Review help desk requests and respond to user issues
- Diagnose and resolve basic network issues
- Provide software support and training to users to help them become more efficient in their jobs
- Create/Maintain user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365
- Configure, install, and maintain phone hardware
- Pull and terminates network cable TV wall mount installation
- Other duties as assigned
