The Customer Solutions organization defines, builds, launches, and manages Comcast Business products and solutions to deliver differentiated customer value and profitable growth. The organization owns solution strategy and lifecycle execution, drives cross-functional alignment, and ensures performance, reliability, and operational excellence across the business. Within the umbrella of Customer Solutions, you will be working within the Product Strategy & Operations team. Role Description At Comcast Business, turning bold ideas into impactful products requires more than innovation—it demands seamless execution, smart systems, and strong collaboration. From ideation through deployment, our product lifecycle depends on efficient processes, powerful platforms, and tight alignment across cross-functional teams. As a co-op on the Product Strategy & Operations team, you’ll play a meaningful role in supporting key product initiatives that drive our business forward. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and strategy, helping to optimize the systems and processes that power our product organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging data and information systems to solve real business challenges, improve decision-making, and enable teams to operate at their best. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with diverse stakeholders, contributing to high-impact projects, and helping shape more data-driven, scalable approaches across our product portfolio. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Smartsheet (or similar tools such as Airtable, Asana, Monday.com), or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms
  • Strong interest in process optimization and designing scalable systems to support business operations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical or system-based solutions
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting concepts (e.g., dashboards, KPIs, metrics tracking)
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle management and program management
  • Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders and communicating clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Preferred Majors: Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science and Analytics, Business Administration

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Smartsheet dashboards, reports, and workflows that support product lifecycle processes and are actively used by cross-functional teams
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across Smartsheet assets
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to test, iterate, and continuously improve tools based on user feedback and evolving business needs
  • Partner with stakeholders across product management, program management, and operations to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Contribute to a more data-driven culture by improving access to insights and reporting across the organization
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps in visibility, and opportunities for standardization across product portfolios
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
