About The Position

As an Information System Security Officer on Booz Allen’s team, you will work with system owners, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure security controls are implemented to reduce risk. You will identify cyber risks, understand relevant policies, gather technical, environmental, and personnel details from subject-matter experts and engineers, assess the threat landscape, and help guide clients through plans of action to mitigate risk. You will translate security concepts for clients so they can make informed decisions to secure mission-critical systems, supporting protection of the aerospace industry while developing your risk management skills.

Requirements

• Experience as an Information System Security Officer.
• Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and NIST 800-53.
• Ability to articulate security requirements and concerns to a variety of stakeholders.
• Secret clearance.
• High school diploma or GED.
