About The Position

Leon Health Services is seeking motivated, customer-focused, non-licensed personnel to serve as Information Specialists in support of our Sales Team. The Information Specialist serves as a key point of contact for prospective and current members, providing accurate information, assisting with inquiries, and helping facilitate communication between members and sales representatives. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a strong commitment to serving the senior community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) with the ability to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated sensitivity, patience, and compassion when working with elderly individuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications, email, and data entry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Must be flexible and available to work Saturdays and other non-traditional hours as assigned based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service, healthcare, call center, or sales support experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and assistance to prospective and current members.
• Support Sales Representatives with administrative and customer service tasks.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Document prospect’s interactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with members, providers, and staff.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule, including availability to work Saturdays and occasional extended hours as assigned.
• Ensure all interactions are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
