About The Position

Provide comprehensive IT support for hardware, software, and productivity tools. Perform a wide range of technical tasks including software installation, workstation deployment, troubleshooting, inventory management, documentation, and help desk support. Deliver end-user assistance on all approved applications, diagnose hardware and software issues, and recommend effective solutions. Maintain accurate on-hand inventory and an up-to-date knowledge base while ensuring adherence to Mid Oregon policies and security standards.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and maintain a high standard of accuracy
  • Strong verbal, written, listening skills
  • PC-proficient, including keyboarding skills, in a Windows environment
  • Able to utilize intranet and email, departmental software, phone, Credit Union's network, presentation software, and data processing systems within the area of responsibility
  • Diagnose and resolve network-related hardware and software issues
  • Possess a valid driver's license at time of hire
  • Possess valid Oregon DL within six months of hire
  • Possess CompTIA A+ certification
