Provide comprehensive IT support for hardware, software, and productivity tools. Perform a wide range of technical tasks including software installation, workstation deployment, troubleshooting, inventory management, documentation, and help desk support. Deliver end-user assistance on all approved applications, diagnose hardware and software issues, and recommend effective solutions. Maintain accurate on-hand inventory and an up-to-date knowledge base while ensuring adherence to Mid Oregon policies and security standards.
