Wells Fargo is seeking an Information Security Manager (Identity & Access Management) to lead the strategic direction, operational execution, and continuous evolution of the IAM Onboarding, Integration, and Validation organization. This leader will be responsible for ensuring enterprise applications, platforms, and technology solutions are effectively validated as onboarded and integrated into the firm's IAM ecosystem while maintaining strong security controls, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between cybersecurity, technology, application owners, risk management, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to ensure identity and access controls are implemented consistently, validated thoroughly, and aligned with enterprise security policies and standards. This leader will drive assessment and validation activities for onboarding of applications into IAM services and capabilities, champion automation opportunities, and ensure access governance processes effectively mitigate risk while enabling business growth and digital transformation. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and operational discipline. The Information Security Manager will oversee complex IAM onboarding and integration initiatives, ensuring applications are properly connected to enterprise identity governance solutions, access management platforms, authentication services, and lifecycle management processes. The individual will be accountable for driving validation activities that confirm entitlement structures, provisioning controls, role models, segregation of duties requirements, and identity data accuracy meet security, compliance, and operational expectations. The leader will establish and execute a comprehensive strategy focused on improving application onboarding efficiency, integration quality, data integrity, control effectiveness, and customer experience. They will proactively identify, assess, and resolve challenges, risks, and control gaps while driving accountability across multiple technology and business organizations. This individual must possess the ability to translate complex technical security concepts into meaningful business outcomes and provide strategic guidance to senior leaders regarding IAM-related risks, priorities, and remediation plans. This leader will build and develop a high-performing team of IAM professionals responsible for onboarding, integration, validation, governance, and operational support activities. They will foster a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, innovation, and talent development while ensuring the organization remains focused on delivering secure, scalable, and compliant IAM services that protect the enterprise and support strategic business objectives.
