About The Position

Information Security Engineer-Level 1 will support the implementation and maintenance of Cintas’ Information Security controls and procedures. This role researches, recommends, and implements changes to enhance information systems security and monitoring capabilities. The IT Security Engineer-Level 1 will work collaboratively with various Cintas partners to design, build, and deploy security frameworks.

Requirements

• High school diploma / GED equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with offensive security tools (e.g. Kali, Metasploit, Burp, etc.).
• Experience and knowledge with cybersecurity, networking and infrastructure best practices and procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Security.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT area is preferred.
• Industry certifications (e.g. Security+), preferred.
