About The Position

This role serves as a strategic advisor, partnering closely with executive business leaders, process owners, and subject matter experts to drive enterprise level process excellence and control maturity. This role provides an integrated, end to end view of critical processes, evaluates security, operational and regulatory impacts, and ensures the controls environment is appropriately documented and reflects the work being done by the organization. The ideal candidate brings significant expertise in information security controls, the confidence and credibility to challenge and influence senior stakeholders, and a proven ability to lead complex, cross functional initiatives. The role requires exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, a strong command of control frameworks, and a continuous improvement mindset. This position supports the enablement of the program’s strategic direction and transformation agenda, championing a process driven culture, and embedding sustainable, forward looking practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Experience managing the process inventory, demonstrating strategic leadership via influencing and partnering with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness to enable data driven decision making and strengthen adherence to enterprise policies, standards, and regulatory expectations
  • Proactive risk identification and management, embedding risk mitigation activities within process design, governance routines, operating models, and control frameworks to reduce operational, technology, and compliance exposure
  • Successfully demonstrated ability to drive the end to end process management lifecycle, including process analysis, design, modeling, optimization, and governance, utilizing tools such as Visio, ARIS, and enterprise BPM platforms to strengthen consistency and scalability across the organization
  • Influence and help drive the process management strategy aligned to organizational priorities, Global Technology directives, and enterprise initiatives—ensuring process architecture and governance continuously evolve with business needs and control expectations
  • Assess current state processes and design strategic forward looking target states, providing visibility into impacts, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations across functions and technology ecosystems
  • Proactively lead and engage in continuous improvement efforts, driving initiatives that enhance process maturity, address chronic issues, reduce operational friction, and improve control effectiveness across business domains
  • Development of high-quality presentations, reports, and analytical summaries, integrating process models, KPI/KRI data, risk insights, and remediation recommendations to support executive level discussions and approval processes
  • Ensure alignment to strategic priorities such as resiliency, risk reduction, simplification, automation, and improved customer and employee experience
  • Team lead / peer lead / mentor to support junior team members and drive consistency delivery of work
