About The Position
As an Information Security Analyst on BNY’s IAS Client Provisioning team, you will play a critical role in managing access provisioning for external clients. You will support identity and access management by ensuring accurate and timely client user access setup, workflow configuration, and audit remediation. This role requires strong technical expertise with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint), excellent collaboration skills, and a commitment to meeting service level agreements and operational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Proven experience provisioning external (client) users and entitlements.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Jira, and Confluence; experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of business needs with a strong commitment to high-quality service delivery.
- Knowledge of incident and problem management processes.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in securities or financial services industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute complex security administration tasks to establish and maintain access for new and existing external client users across BNY applications.
- Perform accurate data entry and manage client, account, user, and service entitlements on provisioning systems.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify security administration processes, workflows, and form designs.
- Conduct reconciliation and governance oversight to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for IAM operational activities.
- Follow and support security-related processes and initiatives to enhance operational security.
- Deliver advanced operational support for security components and participate in projects to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on evolving security practices, procedures, and standards across multiple platforms.
- Assist in achieving team objectives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
