About The Position
Watershed Security, a Veteran Owned Small Business with over 20 years of Cybersecurity and Government Contracting experience, is seeking an Information Security Analyst SME. This role involves planning, implementing, upgrading, and monitoring security measures to protect computer networks and information. The analyst will ensure appropriate security controls are in place to safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure, and may respond to computer security breaches and viruses. The position is located onsite at Navy Naval Base, Norfolk, VA.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 10+ years or prior relevant experience
- Must have one of the following certifications: CCISO, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CySA+, GSLC, GSNA, ISSEP
- Typically, 7 years of lead experience
- Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.
- Ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure.
- Respond to computer security breaches and viruses.
