About The Position

Panasonic is seeking an Information Security Analyst III, reporting to the ISM Manager for Panasonic Energy. This role serves as a senior individual contributor within the Information Security Management function and is responsible for leading execution of complex information security activities across PECNA’s IT and OT environments. The Information Security Analyst III supports cybersecurity maturity, audit readiness, and risk reduction in a highly automated, safety-critical manufacturing environment. The role operates with a high degree of independence and provides day-to-day functional guidance, technical oversight, and mentorship to Information Security Analysts. This position partners with cross-functional teams and third-party providers to translate security requirements into operationally effective, auditable practices. The role supports governance, incident response coordination, risk management, and process improvement while serving as a technical escalation point for the team. In addition, this role will contribute to the development and application of data-driven security capabilities using platforms such as Palantir Foundry. This includes supporting the integration of security data sources, developing analytical workflows, automation opportunities, and enabling insights that improve visibility, risk identification, and decision-making across the organization. This role provides functional leadership but does not include formal people-management responsibilities. Program ownership, strategic direction, and final decision authority remain with the ISM Manager. This position supports future growth toward technical/engineering or management/leadership career paths.
