About The Position
This role requires an Information Processing Specialist with knowledge of the insurance domain. The primary responsibilities include processing Certificates of Insurance (COI) and basic certificate issuance. The position is located in Austin, TX, and requires 100% onsite work for a duration of 6 months.
Requirements
- Insurance domain knowledge
- 2+ years of experience
- Good understanding of P&C Insurance/Insurance broking
- Hands-on experience processing Certificate of Insurance/Proof of Insurance
- Attention to details, strong analytical and interpretation skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with ACORD forms (especially ACORD 25)
- Regulatory knowledge around issuance of Certificates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
