About The Position
Delivers support for live events, executive sessions, and studio-based production environments. This role involves providing end-to-end event support, including setup, execution, and teardown, as well as supporting hybrid events that combine in-person and virtual components. The specialist will also manage studio production workflows for both live and recorded content, and offer VIP/executive support during critical events. Coordination with marketing, communications, and business teams is also a key aspect of this role.
Requirements
- Live event production and AV operations
- Studio tools and workflows (audio/video mixing, switching) - TriCaster Production, Multi-Cam
- Hybrid event platforms (Teams/Zoom/Vbrick)
- Podcast Bean & Poll Everywhere Audience Response System
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, zero-failure environments
Nice To Haves
- Relevant AVIXA certification (CTS)
- Event production certifications
