About The Position

Tyonek is seeking applications for IO Instructors to perform duties in support of the Air Force's 14F Career Field Formal Training Course. The role involves analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and executing the Air Force's 14F Career Field Formal Training Course. This includes experience in military planning and assessment at tactical, operational, and strategic levels, as well as staffing deception activities and/or PSYOP plans. A general understanding of signature management and common practices utilized by the Air Component is also required. The instructor will plan, research, and analyze various training documents such as System Training Plans (STP), Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA), Master Training Task List (MTTL), Task Analysis Worksheets (TAW), and Training Task List (TTL), providing reports according to approved guidance and timelines. Additionally, the instructor will plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct advanced IO instructional materials for various courseware formats, utilizing the ISD, ADDIE Model, and Bloom's taxonomy. The role also involves developing advanced psychomotor/hands-on evaluation/testing methods, scenarios, student training missions, and mission evaluation tests or demonstrations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of an Bachelor's degree in a related area is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the field of Information Operations.
  • 200+ Instructor podium hours or CCAF ISD Certification.
  • Top Secret Clearance/SCI required.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Execute the Air Force's 14F Career Field Formal Training Course.
  • Experience in military planning and assessment at various levels (Tactical, Operational, and Strategic).
  • Experience regarding staffing deception activities and/or PSYOP plans.
  • General understanding of signature management along with common practices utilized by the Air Component.
  • Plan, research, and analyze the System Training Plans (STP), Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA), Master Training Task List (MTTL), Task Analysis Worksheets (TAW), Training Task List (TTL), and provide a report IAW 39 IOS approved direction/guidance and timeline milestones.
  • Plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct advanced IO instructional materials IAW 39 IOS SOPs/Operating Instructions (OI) for in-residence courseware, MTT, non-resident, on-line, Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) courseware.
  • Utilize the ISD, ADDIE Model, and Bloom's taxonomy level of learning for all course development.
  • Develop advanced psychomotor/hands-on evaluation/testing methods and scenarios in support of IO courses.
  • Develop student training missions, mission scenarios, and mission evaluation tests or demonstrations in support of IO courses.
  • Other duties as assigned.
