Tyonek is seeking applications for IO Instructors to perform duties in support of the Air Force's 14F Career Field Formal Training Course. The contractor will analyze, design, develop, implement, and execute the Air Force's 14F Career Field Formal Training Course. This role requires experience in military planning and assessment at tactical, operational, and strategic levels, as well as experience with staffing deception activities and/or PSYOP plans. A general understanding of signature management and common Air Component practices is also necessary. The instructor will be responsible for analyzing System Training Plans (STP), Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA), Master Training Task List (MTTL), Task Analysis Worksheets (TAW), and Training Task List (TTL), and providing reports according to approved guidance and timelines. They will also plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct advanced IO instructional materials for various courseware formats, utilizing the ISD, ADDIE Model, and Bloom's taxonomy. The development of advanced psychomotor/hands-on evaluation/testing methods, scenarios, student training missions, and mission evaluation tests or demonstrations are also key responsibilities.
