About The Position

The information manager will play a central role in the design, implementation and administration of an Advanced Digital Delivery framework for a large nuclear new build project. Focus on strategic goals for information management, including how information is produced, organized, shared, delivered and secured through the project lifecycle. Ensure that information management processes enable the right people being able to access the right information at the right time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more functional areas of a capital project such as, engineering, procurement, construction or project management.
  • Proven experience in implementing or managing information systems and governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with standards such ISO 19650 and CFIHOS.
  • Understanding of information and cyber security principals and access management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Project management and change leadership capabilities.
  • Attention to detail combined with a big-picture strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops (engineering, procurement, construction) to align on information processes supporting project delivery.
  • Gather, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements, including development of Asset Information Requirements (AIR) and Reference Data Library (RDL).
  • Support selection and implementation of digital platforms, ensuring alignment with project needs and coordinating with SMEs and digital teams.
  • Produce detailed documentation (user stories, SRS, integration specs) and manage data integration between systems.
  • Lead UAT activities and support change management through training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and emerging technologies like AI.
