About The Position
As an Information Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers visiting one of Lewis Planned Communities' premier master-planned communities. In this customer-focused role, you'll provide exceptional service, conduct engaging community tours, and support homebuilder sales teams while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every visitor.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in an upscale retail, hospitality, real estate, or similar environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and basic Excel)
- Valid driver's license preferred; mileage outside your normal commute will be reimbursed
- Availability to work weekends, with weekdays off
Nice To Haves
- Real Estate Salesperson License reimbursement for initial licensing courses, application, Live Scan, and exam fees (license required within the first six months of employment)
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service while representing the Lewis brand
- Conduct informative tours of the community clubhouse, amenities, and surrounding neighborhood
- Support homebuilder sales teams by assisting prospective homebuyers and providing community information
- Assist with grand openings, special events, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with Marketing and Planned Community Development teams to achieve individual and team goals
