About The Position

This role requires an Information Assurance Specialist with TS/SCI clearance. The position involves 2-5 years of related IT/IA experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Prior experience in roles like System or Network Administrator is necessary, along with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and operating systems, LAN/WAN technologies, and data backup technologies including COMSEC integration. A working knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF), Common Criteria, and System Security Policy for Assessments and Authorizations (A&A) is essential. Experience with PL2 systems is also required. The role involves regular lifting of up to 50 lbs, requires a DoD 8570 IAM Level I Certification, and a willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph. Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information is mandatory.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years related IT/IA experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years)
• Special Access Program (SAP) Experience
• Prior performance in roles such as System or Network Administrator
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2012R2 Server, Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2016, Microsoft Windows 7/10 operating systems (OS) administration and associated hardware
• Working knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies and data backup technologies to include communication security (COMSEC) integration
• Working knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF), Common Criteria, and System Security Policy as they relate to Assessments and Authorizations (A&A)
• Working knowledge and current relevant experience with PL2 systems
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level I Certification
• Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
• Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Windows 2012R2 Server, Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2016, Microsoft Windows 7/10 operating systems (OS) and associated hardware.
• Manage Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies and data backup technologies, including communication security (COMSEC) integration.
• Apply knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF), Common Criteria, and System Security Policy as they relate to Assessments and Authorizations (A&A).
• Work with PL2 systems.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
