Requirements

  • Strong experience with Informatica IDMC / IICS
  • Hands-on with: Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Taskflows & mappings, Secure Agent configuration
  • Solid understanding of: ETL concepts and data warehousing, SQL (advanced level), Data modeling concepts
  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP (at least one)
  • Knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML
  • Data transformation, cleansing, and validation
  • Data profiling and quality tools
  • Handling structured and semi-structured data

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)
  • Knowledge of Informatica Data Governance / EDC / Axon
  • Experience in real-time integration (CAI)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines)
  • Scripting knowledge (Python / Shell)
  • Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
  • Build reusable mappings, mapplets, taskflows, and workflows
  • Extract data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, flat files, cloud apps) and load into target systems (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, etc.)
  • Optimize performance of ETL jobs for large-scale data processing
  • Work with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) modules: Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), API Manager / Data Governance tools (optional)
  • Configure Secure Agent setup, connectivity, and runtime environments
  • Manage deployments across environments (Dev, QA, Prod)
  • Implement data quality rules, profiling, cleansing, and validation using CDQ
  • Ensure data consistency, completeness, and accuracy across systems
  • Support data governance initiatives (metadata, lineage, catalog)
  • Develop integrations between systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Work with third-party applications (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Handle real-time and batch integrations
  • Gather and analyze business/data requirements
  • Translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Collaborate with analysts, architects, and business users
  • Monitor job executions and troubleshoot failures
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
  • Provide production support and performance tuning
