As a Sr Cloud Data Engineer, you’ll assemble, implement, and maintain easy, flexible, and personalized solutions. Requirements

At least 5+ years of experience.
Expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Power BI.
Experience with Python, PySpark, and SAS.
Knowledge of data modeling principles.
Experience in creating unit test cases.
Experience with data mesh architecture.
Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s) and have a valid work or study permit if applicable.

Responsibilities

Perform and coordinate complicated application programming activities.
Design the application's technical infrastructure using specific databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches.
Lead the design and development of cost-effective and innovative solutions.
Develop multi-year technology roadmaps that align with the bank’s vision, strategy, and business goals.
Lead multiple complicated projects involving backend systems, new technology, and the enhancement of existing applications.
Act as the mobile development team lead and run code-review sessions with the wider team to ensure the project is on track to meet goals.
Support and mentor intermediate and senior developers by sharing knowledge, collaborating and problem solving.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions using cloud technologies.
Build and optimize data pipelines and analytics solutions using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Power BI.
Work with large data sets utilizing Python, PySpark, and SAS.
Apply sound data modeling principles to enable effective data management and reporting.
Ensure the quality and reliability of data products through the creation of unit test cases.
Support the implementation of data mesh architecture within the cloud infrastructure.
