About The Position

As a key member of the Information Strategy team, the Infor M3 Developer is responsible for designing and delivering operational dashboards, H5 client customizations, and API-driven data solutions that support core manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and ERP teams to translate operational needs into actionable dashboards, lightweight applications, and integrations within the M3 ecosystem.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in ERP development, dashboards, or integration development
Hands-on experience with Infor M3
Strong experience with: Infor ION APIs and API Gateway
M3 MI programs and APIs
Infor M3 H5 SDK
Proven experience building: M3 Workspace dashboards
API-driven dashboards
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, JSON and HTML
Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and finance processes within M3
Ability to define and implement KPIs and operational metrics
Experience translating requirements into user-focused dashboards and real-time insights

Nice To Haves

Experience with Git or version control systems and API testing tools
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in API/UI-driven environments
Experience in food, beverage, or process manufacturing industries
Familiarity with inventory, production, quality, and order management processes
Experience with Infor Data Lake and event-driven or real-time architecture
Prior work with M3 upgrades, enhancements, or UX modernization initiatives

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define operational KPIs and dashboard use cases
Translate business requirements into M3 dashboard designs, API calls, and H5-based solutions
Align solutions with M3 data structures, transactions, and business processes
Design and build Infor M3 Workspace dashboards and widgets using API-driven data
Develop real-time KPI dashboards (e.g., order status, inventory levels, production metrics)
Configure and optimize homepage widgets, KPI tiles, lists and lightweight visualizations
Enable context-aware dashboards
Develop and maintain H5 client scripts to enhance M3 user experience
Implement custom UI logic, field validations and calculations, and embedded dashboard interactions
Extend M3 screens to integrate dashboard insights directly into workflows
Build and consume Infor ION APIs to deliver real-time data to dashboards and applications
Configure and support ION API Gateway, including authentication and connectivity
Develop event-driven integrations using Infor ION workflows and business events and alerts
Design API-driven data flows to support real-time operational reporting
Develop and support integrations between M3 and internal/external systems using ION, M3 APIs, and MI programs
Parse and transform JSON/XML data structures for dashboards and UI components
Perform unit and integration testing across dashboards, APIs, and H5 scripts
Troubleshoot issues related to API performance, data accuracy, and UI behavior
Collaborate with ERP, QA, and business teams to deliver reliable solutions
Maintain documentation for dashboard configurations, API integrations, H5 scripts, data flows, and event-driven processes
Support ongoing Infor OS and M3 user experience enhancements
Contribute to broader information strategy and modernization initiatives
