As an Info Systems Lead Technician (Executive Support), you will be responsible for delivering premium, discreet, and proactive IT support to the executive leadership team. Serving as a highly skilled technical professional with responsibility for addressing complex technical needs with precision and urgency. Going beyond traditional support functions by applying strategic thinking, advanced troubleshooting expertise, and a deep understanding of executive-level technology requirements to ensure a seamless and elevated support experience.

Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent specialized training in a computer-related field is required.
8-10 years of experience in IT technical support, with direct support of C-suite executives required.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead technical initiatives.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of desktop, mobile, networking, and operating system support across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
Experience with automation, A/V technologies, control systems, and cybersecurity best practices in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Provide white-glove technical support for executives and Board members, including laptops, mobile devices, home office technology, and urgent after-hours support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues with minimal disruption to executive operations.
Design, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise A/V and video conferencing solutions supporting executive meetings, board sessions, presentations, and major organisational events.
Ensure reliable A/V performance through system optimisation, documentation, vendor coordination, and integration with collaboration platforms and IT infrastructure.
Serve as the primary liaison between executives and IT teams to coordinate issue resolution, technology support, and technical projects.
Manage executive technology assets, vendor relationships, procurement activities, and special IT initiatives.
Research, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions that enhance executive productivity, collaboration, and security.
Partner with IT and security teams to protect executive systems and provide subject matter expertise on emerging technologies.
Travel as needed to install, repair, and support technology solutions for executives and Board members.
Participate in on-call and after-hours support to resolve critical technical issues and ensure business continuity.
