Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, crowd marketing, affiliate marketing, outreach, or a similar role.
- Strong familiarity with YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels and current content trends.
- Experience with cold outreach to creators, channels, or media pages.
- Basic negotiation skills and ability to work within marketing budgets.
- Ability to track partner pipelines, deal stages, statuses, and results.
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CPP, impressions, and engagement rate.
- Strong attention to detail and good visual sense.
- English — Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate for communication with international creators.
- Proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and conversations at the same time.
Responsibilities
- Search for new content creators, channels, and media pages on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
- Conduct cold outreach and initiate communication with creators and agencies.
- Negotiate rates, placement terms, CPMs, and collaboration packages.
- Manage the placement process from agreement to publication.
- Provide creators with brand guidelines, logos, and placement requirements.
- Check content before publication for correct logo visibility, framing, timing, and brand safety.
- Maintain a structured database of partners, deals, statuses, and placements.
- Track basic performance metrics such as CPM, CPP, impressions, and engagement rates.
- Maintain relationships with existing creators and partners.
- Monitor competitor activity and short-form content trends.
- Manage multiple creator conversations and deadlines simultaneously.
