Influencer Marketing Manager

About The Position

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who lives and breathes the creator economy. This person will own and scale Pestie's influencer program across product gifting, creator partnerships, paid influencer campaigns, events, and community building. You'll work closely with our paid social, organic social, and creative teams to generate attention, create authentic content, and drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate understands both sides of influencer marketing: building brand awareness and driving performance. This role is equal parts relationship builder, dealmaker, strategist, and operator.

Requirements

3–7+ years of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or related experience.
Proven experience building and scaling influencer programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong understanding of performance marketing and how influencer content contributes to customer acquisition.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Experienced negotiator who can structure win-win partnerships.
Deep familiarity with the influencer landscape and creator economy.
Someone who is genuinely plugged into the creator community and knows where conversations, events, and opportunities are happening.
Experience planning and executing influencer events, activations, or community experiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience using GRIN, Aspire, CreatorIQ, Impact, or similar influencer marketing platforms.
Experience working with DTC or consumer brands.
Existing relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
Experience managing influencer whitelisting, paid amplification, and creator licensing agreements.
Experience producing creator events or experiential marketing activations.

Responsibilities

Own Pestie's influencer marketing strategy and execution.
Manage product gifting and seeding programs to generate consistent creator engagement and content.
Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with creators and influencers across multiple platforms.
Develop and execute influencer campaigns focused on both audience reach and performance outcomes.
Partner with paid social and organic social teams to amplify creator content and maximize impact.
Build a pipeline of creator partnerships that generate awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, usage rights, and partnership terms.
Track campaign performance and optimize programs based on data and business results.
Stay ahead of influencer trends, emerging creators, and platform changes.
Represent Pestie within the creator ecosystem and build meaningful relationships throughout the industry.
Plan and execute influencer events, dinners, activations, and community experiences.
Source and manage opportunities for in-person creator engagement and brand experiences.
Help shape Pestie's presence within creator and influencer communities.
