We’re looking for curious, motivated college juniors, seniors, or recent grads eager to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of travel, tourism, and hospitality marketing. Join us this summer in our Overland Park, KS office as an Influencer Marketing Intern for our Summer Internship Program!
Step into the fast-growing world of influencer marketing at the intersection of social media and travel. As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting real influencer partnerships and campaigns for leading travel and tourism brands. Working alongside an experienced team, you’ll learn how creators are identified, vetted, and activated, and how influencer content drives measurable results in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

• A current college junior, senior, or recent graduate studying marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in social media, influencer marketing, and the travel industry.
• Strong written communication skills and comfort drafting outreach messages or client-facing materials.
• Familiarity with major social platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, and an eye for content and creator trends.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about how influencer partnerships are structured, including interest in contracts, billing, or the business side of campaigns.
• Ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative and ownership of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Influencer Marketing team by researching and vetting potential influencer partners across social platforms.
• Assist with campaign coordination, including compiling outreach lists, developing travel itineraries, and tracking deliverables.
• Monitor influencer content performance and help pull basic analytics reports to support campaign insights.
• Maintain campaign trackers and databases to keep active projects organized and on schedule.
• Contribute to pitch materials and partnership proposals for upcoming influencer campaigns.
• Gain exposure to the full influencer partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and contracting visibility to campaign execution and reporting.
• Stay current on social media trends, creator content, and emerging platform features relevant to travel and tourism brands.
• Build experience using platforms such as Sprout Social Influencer Marketing, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and internal campaign tracking tools.
