Courtyard is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to define and execute our influencer growth strategy end to end. This role will sit at the interaction of culture, performance and partnerships, owning how Courtyard shows up through creators across collectibles, sports, gaming, and broader internet culture. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling high-impact influencer programs, forging strategy partnerships with creators, driving measurable business outcomes (GMV, new buyers, repeat purchases and brand lift). The ideal candidate blends strong creative instincts with operational rigor and a deep understanding of how influencer ecosystems drive growth at scale.
