We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive with a strong understanding of the influencer landscape and experience building and managing relationships with content creators. The role will be responsible for planning and executing influencer campaigns, coordinating events and activations, creating briefs, and tracking campaign performance across social media.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or a related field.
• Strong existing knowledge of the local influencer landscape and good connections with influencers and content creators.
• Proven experience communicating and building relationships with influencers.
• Experience planning and coordinating influencer campaigns and events.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and performance tracking.
• Experience creating and communicating influencer briefs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Creative, proactive, and highly organized

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators.
• Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with influencers.
• Leverage existing connections and continuously build a strong network within the influencer community.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns in line with brand and campaign objectives.
• Prepare clear and detailed influencer briefs and ensure deliverables are communicated effectively.
• Plan and support influencer events, community gatherings, and other activations.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights and recommendations based on campaign results.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, influencer trends, and emerging creators.
• Track influencer content and campaign performance across social media platforms.
• Monitor campaign deliverables and ensure content is published according to agreed timelines and requirements.
