About The Position

Zulay Kitchen is looking for an Influencer Manager who knows how to find great creators and turn those relationships into high-quality content for the brand. The main focus of this role is finding creators who are a great fit for Zulay and making sure we’re getting amazing videos from them. You’ll be constantly scouting for new talent, reaching out to creators, coordinating collaborations, and making sure the content we receive is engaging, on-brand, high-quality, and actually showcases our products in a way that makes people want to buy.

Requirements

• Experience working with influencers, creators, social media, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or talent
• Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video content
• A great eye for content — you know the difference between an average video and one that makes you stop scrolling
• Naturally good at finding people and opportunities others might overlook
• Strong communication skills and comfortable reaching out to creators every day
• Organized and able to manage a large number of creator relationships and projects at once
• Comfortable giving creative feedback and holding creators accountable to deliverables
• Creative, proactive, and willing to constantly test new ideas
• Results-oriented — you care about the quality and performance of the content, not just how many creators you contact

Nice To Haves

• Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, or creator platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Find and research influencers and content creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Constantly build a pipeline of new creators who could be a great fit for Zulay
• Reach out to creators and introduce them to collaboration opportunities with Zulay
• Evaluate creators based on content quality, audience, engagement, style, and overall brand fit
• Coordinate product gifting and creator collaborations
• Communicate creative expectations, content requirements, deadlines, and deliverables
• Make sure creators understand what makes a great Zulay video
• Review submitted content and ensure videos meet our quality and creative standards
• Give creators feedback or request revisions when content doesn't hit the mark
• Build relationships with creators who consistently produce great content
• Track creator performance and identify which creators are worth continuing to work with
• Help negotiate rates, deliverables, gifting, affiliate opportunities, and other collaboration terms
• Keep creator communication organized and follow up to make sure projects stay on track
• Work closely with our Social Media, Creative, Marketing, and Affiliate teams
• Stay on top of trending creators, content styles, formats, and opportunities
• Continuously test new creators and approaches to find what works
