About The Position

Working with the Creative Team, the Creator/Influencer Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in developing, executing, and leading influencer marketing campaigns for clients in partnership with creators. This role requires sourcing, exciting, and engaging creators to produce authentic content that drives business goals, combining strategic thinking, project management, talent acquisition, creativity, and a deep understanding of the creator marketing landscape. The ideal candidate has sharpened skills in casting and managing creators across digital platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat. This is a mid-level position within the broader creative, production, and project management teams, focused on a large client engagement. The person in this role will be hands-on, comfortable in client-facing settings, able to discuss and innovate casting strategies, and support with talent outreach, legal communications including contract negotiations, and final file delivery by external vendors and content creators.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in influencer marketing or creator casting within an agency or brand environment
  • Deep knowledge of all major social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat)
  • Solid understanding of tools such as CreatorIQ and Tagger
  • Experience navigating creator partnerships, casting and vetting creators, and expanding overall creator landscape
  • Knowledge of creator and influencer performance benchmarks and metrics
  • Experience working directly with clients and brands
  • Familiarity with contracts or legal communication
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, detail-oriented with attention to schedules and timelines, and maintenance of records and materials.
  • Experienced in owning and managing talent budgets and pricing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Source, vet, and present diverse, data-informed creator recommendations that align with brand strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key talent, agency representatives, and talent managers.
  • Maintain internal talent databases and preferred rosters.
  • Brief creators, review incoming content for brand compliance, and manage timelines and final file deliveries in partnership with the production team.
  • Serve as a direct client point of contact across 5–7 concurrent brand projects.
  • Coordinate legal and financial paperwork, including talent contracts and fee negotiations, acting as a liaison between legal teams and talent.
  • Track project budgets, oversee pricing strategies, and manage invoicing with senior leadership guidance.
  • Manage production elements of an influencer or creator campaign.
  • Manage and coordinate projects in a fast-paced environment.
