About The Position
We are looking for support for exciting campaigns in the men's beauty industry. Together, we develop and manage authentic creator collaborations that inspire brands and target audiences. Ideally, you already have experience in this area and are eager to guide creative campaigns from conception to successful implementation.
Requirements
- Completed degree in media or business studies, or relevant experience
- You spend hours on YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, etc., follow many influencers privately, and know the scene – whether in sports, technology, gaming, or lifestyle
- At least 2 years of practical experience in (influencer) marketing
- Experience in carrying out projects and/or campaigns
- Analytical, communicative, and organizational skills
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to perform, eagerness to learn, independence, ability to reflect, and teamwork skills

- French language skills
Responsibilities
- Consulting account management for the joint development of effective strategies
- Researching influencers of all kinds on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more
- Contacting influencers based on customer preferences
- Creating briefings and contracts as a basis for cooperation with influencers
- Project management: Monitoring costs, quality, and timing of influencer-created content
