About The Position

Branded Bills is a premium headwear company focused on quality, craft, and creating iconic headwear. Our in-house creative team produces high-quality photography, video, and design, which are showcased on our social channels. We are seeking a Social Media Manager who will own the brand's online voice, drive growth through creative content, deepen community engagement, and achieve business results. This role is responsible for architecting Branded Bills’ social media presence, setting the vision, owning the strategy, and executing across all channels.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of social media management experience, with demonstrated ownership of strategy, not just execution.
  • Proven track record of growing engaged audiences and driving measurable results (revenue, follower growth, engagement rate, reach).
  • Deep fluency across Instagram and TikTok, understanding algorithmic and creative nuances and adapting strategy accordingly.
  • Experience managing UGC programs, influencer/affiliate relationships, and product seeding initiatives.
  • Strong creative eye for storytelling through photography and video.
  • Excellent brief-writing and communication skills for collaboration with creative teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and comfortable building/presenting performance reports.
  • Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action.
  • Experience in lifestyle, fashion, outdoor, or consumer goods brand environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a content strategy that communicates product quality, brand culture, custom capabilities, and community.
  • Build content calendars that balance company selling points, product-focused storytelling, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and cultural moments.
  • Collaborate with the creative team (photographers, videographers, designers) to brief, curate, and direct purposeful content.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms, creating platform-native, culturally relevant content optimized for engagement and performance.
  • Develop a strategic approach to social commerce that drives revenue without compromising brand integrity, integrating organic and paid-adjacent content.
  • Utilize platform-native shopping tools (Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop, link-in-bio optimization) to create seamless purchase paths.
  • Track and report on social-attributed revenue, conversion rates, and ROI to optimize the content-to-commerce funnel.
  • Partner with marketing on promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns for strategic social amplification.
  • Manage the end-to-end social partnership process, including outreach, negotiation, content monitoring, and reporting for collaborators.
  • Build and manage a proactive product seeding program, identifying authentic brand aligners like creators, athletes, and tastemakers.
  • Develop a UGC strategy to incentivize organic content creation from customers and community members.
  • Establish and grow an affiliate program by identifying and nurturing partners who can drive reach and revenue.
  • Manage influencer relationships from outreach to reporting, ensuring clear expectations, authentic integration, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage and allocate budget for influencer, affiliate, and UGC campaigns, optimizing spend for maximum reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Monitor emerging trends, platform algorithm changes, and cultural moments to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Quickly produce timely, high-quality, trend-driven content by working within the creative ecosystem.
  • Build a repeatable process for capturing real-time moments (events, partnerships, seasons) to maintain a relevant feed.
  • Proactively recommend strategies based on future trends to the broader brand team.
