About The Position

Join a highly respected, established physician-owned and led organization with strong ties to the University of Washington. This is an opportunity to practice a full spectrum of Infectious Diseases (ID) cases, including general ID consultative services (inpatient and outpatient), outpatient hospital follow-ups, HIV care (currently 280 patients), travel medicine, infection control/prevention, antimicrobial stewardship, and tele-consultation to support rural clinics. The role involves interesting disease pathology, including occasional tropical medicine cases. The organization attracts excellent, well-trained physicians with high retention. The team provides services to patients in a 4-county area.

Requirements

BC/BE Infectious Diseases physician
Strong, collegial team player
Ability to provide services to patients in a 4-county area
Willingness to cover rotating week blocks (clinic or hospital)
Experience with full spectrum of ID cases (excluding Transplant ID)
Experience with HIV care
Experience with travel medicine
Experience with infection control/prevention
Experience with antimicrobial stewardship
Experience with tele-consultation
