About The Position
This position is part of the Association of the Academic Staff of the University of Alberta (AASUA). The successful candidate will be offered a contingent tenured or tenure-track appointment in the Department of Medicine, with the rank of Assistant or Associate. The University of Alberta, Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry, Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases in partnership with Alberta Health Services, invites applications for a Transplant Infectious Disease Clinician Educator to be based at the University of Alberta Hospital. The University of Alberta Hospital is home to the second largest multiorgan transplant program in Canada performing heart, lung, liver, kidney, pancreas/islet and multivisceral transplantation. The Transplant ID service also supports the autologous stem cell and growing CAR-T cell program as well as providing pre and post allogeneic stem cell Transplant ID care.
