Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Hospital Claremore is a 49-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity and women’s services, ICU and cardiology services in the advanced cardiac catheterization lab.
Requirements
- Associates in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma RN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of infection prevention, quality, or patient safety experience
- Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC)
Responsibilities
- Surveillance, analysis, reporting, and documenting activities related to infection control and patient safety.
- Setting standards and evaluating compliance for practices associated with the prevention and control of health care associated infections.
- Ensuring compliance with accrediting and regulatory agency requirements.
- Communicating pertinent information to senior leadership and medical staff.
