This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating the facility’s Infection Prevention program, educating staff on best practices, investigating and monitoring infections to prevent outbreaks, and maintaining accurate records of infection surveillance data. The position also involves chairing the Antibiotic Stewardship Committee and the Infection Control Committee, collaborating with various departments to ensure environmental infection control, and evaluating the facility for adherence to infection prevention standards.
