About The Position
The Learning Experience – Ashburn is seeking an experienced Infant / Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of early development. This role focuses on creating a nurturing classroom environment where children build confidence, communication skills, and independence through responsive care and structured routines.
Requirements
- Prior childcare experience required
- Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
Nice To Haves
- CDA preferred but not required
- Experience working with infants or toddlers strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Support classroom routines for infants and toddlers
- Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and supervision
- Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Encourage early communication and social development
- Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones
- Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirements
