Requirements

Some courses completed in Early Childhood Education or related field
Current Qualifying Letter/ Ability To Obtain A Qualifying Letter- (North Carolina requires this- candidates who are offered a position receive instructions, this process involves a making an appointment for a criminal background check and receiving a letter which typically takes about a week to ten days but some individual circumstances can vary).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
NCECC (Credentials), or Equivalent
