Columbia Academy is seeking a Lead Infant Toddler Teacher to join their team at the Kendall Ridge location. This role involves developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, planning engaging activities to foster cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assessing student progress. Requirements

Ability to work during the hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, work schedule is based on business needs
Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
45 hours of Child Growth and Development
45 hours in Infant and Toddler Curriculum
Minimum of one year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits
Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Associates or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or related field
