About The Position

At the Primrose School of Woburn, we have built something different for infant teachers. You will teach alongside an equal partner, as every classroom has two co-teachers with shared ownership and voice. Each classroom also has a dedicated support teacher to cover breaks, planning time, and days off, ensuring consistency for the infants. You will be paired with a dedicated education coach daily to act as a thought partner, resource, and advocate for your professional growth. Planning time is provided at work, on the clock, and all classroom materials and supplies are fully provided.

Requirements

Certified infant teacher.
Experienced infant teacher.
Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required.
Full-time availability required.
A calm, nurturing, dependable presence in the classroom.
Strong communication skills with families and co-teachers.
A commitment to safety, consistency, and high-quality infant care.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with infants in a licensed early childhood setting strongly preferred.
