About The Position
The Learning Experience – Foxboro is looking for a compassionate Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is perfect for an educator who understands the importance of responsive caregiving, meaningful interactions, and creating a nurturing environment where infants feel safe, secure, and encouraged to explore. Requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required
- Previous infant classroom experience preferred
- Strong understanding of infant development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide loving, attentive care for infants in a safe and engaging classroom
- Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized care
- Plan age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
- Encourage language, motor, cognitive, and social-emotional development
- Maintain open communication with families regarding each child's progress
- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
