About The Position

Upper Providence Academy is seeking a warm, nurturing Infant Room Teacher to join its team in Oaks, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on caring for infants during an important stage of early development in a licensed childcare setting. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience working with infants in a childcare or early learning setting.
Knowledge of infant development and Pennsylvania childcare regulations.
Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it.
Ability to pass required background checks under Pennsylvania childcare licensing requirements.
Patient, compassionate, and dependable, with a genuine love for working with infants.
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with families.

Coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE).

Responsibilities

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants in a licensed childcare setting.
