About The Position

O2B Kids is hiring an Infant or Toddler Teacher. The company has multiple locations in the Fargo and West Fargo area and will discuss which center, position, schedule, and age group best fit the candidate. The role includes implementing lesson plans and curriculum, maintaining licensing requirements, completing assessments and observations, providing basic care, communicating with parents, keeping the classroom clean, and creating a fun environment. Training is available. Wage depends on experience, credentials, and the precise position.

Requirements

• Work full-time, Monday through Friday.
• CDA or associate degree preferred.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Experience working with children ages 0–13 preferred.
• Willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Execute lesson plans and curriculum.
