About The Position
A loving family in Miami is seeking a warm, experienced, and highly organized Temporary Infant Nanny to support them during the arrival of their newborn son for 2 to 3 months. The family has a 3-year-old son who is cared for by a separate live-in nanny, so this role will be focused exclusively on newborn care and postpartum family support. Mom will be recovering from a medical procedure shortly after delivery, and needs extra support while she recovers. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally anticipates needs, reads the room well, maintains open communication, and provides a calm, positive presence in the home. Responsibilities
- All aspects of newborn care, including feeding, burping, diapering, swaddling, soothing, tracking feedings and bowel movements, and helping establish healthy routines.
- During the baby's naps, the nanny will assist with baby laundry, stocking diaper stations, washing bottles and feeding supplies, meal preparation, and maintaining tidy, organized baby and household spaces.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the home.
