About The Position
A welcoming family in North Bellmore, NY 11710 is seeking a reliable, experienced part-time nanny to care for their 5-month-old son starting Monday, October 19th. The schedule is Mondays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 16 hours per week. This is a loving home environment with supportive family involvement, and there is an opportunity for a paid trial day prior to the official start date while parents are home to assist with orientation.
Requirements
- Proven experience caring for infants
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willing to get certified prior to start date)
- Reliable personal transportation
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- All candidates will be subject to a background check.
Responsibilities
- Primary infant care: bottle feeding, diaper changing, and establishing/following nap schedules
- Light baby-related household support: washing and sterilizing bottles, running baby laundry, and tidying up play areas and nursery spaces
