About The Position

Industry X is seeking an ambitious Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) professional to join their transformational digital engineering and manufacturing practice. This role will help world-class clients solve their biggest challenges and create products and services that customers love. Industry X combines Accenture’s digital capabilities with deep engineering and manufacturing expertise to help clients reimagine their products and manufacturing processes. The Associate Manager will lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of MES, specifically focusing on Körber PAS-X. This includes designing, authoring, developing, and configuring Electronic Batch Records (EBR), implementing MES solutions, integrating with ERP and control equipment, and documenting MES configurations and validating EBRs. The role involves providing organizational oversight for complex systems, working closely with business management and users to define needs and design value-adding solutions, gathering user requirements, responding to client proposals, managing client relationships, and leading medium-small teams and/or projects.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience with PAS-X in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment
Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in Körber PAS-X
Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment
Documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs
Provide organizational oversight for complex systems involving the development of MES
Work closely with business management and users to strategically define the needs and design solutions that add value, gathering user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities
Respond to requests for client proposals
Manage and develop client relationships
Manage medium-small teams and/or projects
